Cancellation Policy
When canceling an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a charge
Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once (ex. if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid)
Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of that service
There is a 15-minute grace period - After 15 mins the appointment will be canceled and charged 100%
